Contact

Email contact@medifries.com. We aim to reply within 5 working days.

Never send patient information, screenshots of cases or clips. Describe the problem in words, and tell us your phone model and the SonoCase version (shown at the bottom of Settings).

Common questions

Where are my cases kept?

Only on your phone, in SonoCase's private folder. They are kept out of iCloud and Google backups, and we have no copy. If you delete SonoCase or lose your phone, they are gone, unless you made an encrypted backup with SonoCase Pro (Settings > Your data > Backup and restore).

I forgot my backup password

We cannot recover it. Nobody can open the backup without it.

Why is my clip hidden?

A clip stays hidden until you crop it to just the ultrasound image, because the machine's header bar may show patient details. Open the case and tap Crop on the clip.

How do I cancel SonoCase Pro?

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play.

I bought Pro on another phone

Open SonoCase Pro (Settings > Plan) and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account or Google account.

How do I try SonoCase without a patient?

Settings > About SonoCase > Add the demo case. It adds a case with a computer-generated clip (not a patient) so you can try cropping, marks, the text check, export and teaching mode.

How do I delete everything?

Settings > Your data > Delete all data. We hold no copy of anything, so there is nothing else to delete on our side. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records; see section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
